Harbor Alternate Living Association (HALA) is non-profit agency dedicated to helping people with developmental disabilities recognize their strengths and abilities. We provide the following services throughout Grays Harbor County aimed to empower people to live independent lives:

Our team is expanding, and we would love to have you join us! We are looking for residential support specialists to fill positions in Aberdeen and Hoquiam.

If hired, you will be working with people who have developmental disabilities. The ideal specialist would encourage them to have as much independence and choice in their lives as possible while maintaining their safety and health.
