Direct Support Professionals

Harbor Alternate Living Association is looking for qualified and caring residential staff. If hired, you could be working in any of our communities located in:

Responsibilities of the Role

Support specialists will be providing in-home care to clients with developmental disabilities. The goal is to incorporate choice and independence in their lives while making sure they are safe and healthy.

Benefits and Wages

Our starting wage is $17.50 per hour. All training is provided at no cost. We generously offer paid sick and vacation leave and HALA pays 100% of the premium for Washington's paid Family  & Medical Leave benefits.  Our organization also provides medical insurance to every eligible, full-time employee at a very low cost.

Requirements to Apply
